USING CASEPLOY

Clear responsibilities.
Better work together.

A practical starting point for using the workspace responsibly.

Before public release

Draft product-use terms for review. Operator details, commercial terms and jurisdiction-specific provisions must be completed before these become a public service agreement.

Professional use

CasePloy is a case-management and document-assembly tool for law firms and their authorized users. It does not provide legal representation or determine the merits, value or outcome of a matter.

Your account and team

Use accurate account details, keep sign-in credentials private and invite only authorized teammates. The firm is responsible for deciding who should access its workspace and for reviewing membership when responsibilities change.

Information you add

Only upload information and documents you are authorized to use. Your firm remains responsible for the accuracy of case facts, client permissions and the handling of confidential or sensitive records.

Documents and deadlines

Review every assembled demand, unchanged template passage, amount and exhibit before relying on or delivering it. Proposed dates require verification by your firm. Recording approval or delivery creates a history entry; it does not independently validate the facts or send the demand.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another firm’s information, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or upload malicious content. Use the workspace for legitimate professional activity.

Service and commercial arrangements

Pricing, service commitments, support arrangements, data-processing terms and cancellation conditions need to be agreed separately with the service operator. The homepage lists plan prices. Creating a workspace does not start a paid subscription; payment, service terms and cancellation conditions are confirmed separately.
